For guests over 6, there is a 4 ft sofa bed in the living room and a pull out single futon which can go in either one of the large double bedrooms.

The house is a three story Victorian in a quiet residential street located in the heart of Penzance, less than 5 mins from town centre and train station. It is light and airy whilst maintaining its Cornish charm. The spacious attic has a view over the bay and all the incredible beaches of west Cornwall are within easy reach. There are plenty of art studios and great restaurants close by including Newlyn and St Ives. I will be available for any questions and help with local attractions.

The space
The house is set over three floors. Ground floor has a through living/dining room with plenty of character. The breakfast room has a stable door leading to a sunny courtyard. First floor has a large front double bedroom, twin bedded room and good sized bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchen has a skylight and is light and well equipped. The built in attic has plenty of room with terrific views over the bay from the side window. Parking is on street and comes and goes as in other streets nearby. There is a 24hr car park 5 mins from the house.
