The house is light and spacious and full of Cornish charm. It has a stylish decor and at the same time has a comfortable and cosy atmosphere. Everything you need is provided apart from day to day food items. It is located in the centre of Penzance with restaurants and shops, the station and promenade in short walking distance. The attic bedroom has a sea view. Can sleep up to 8 people with sofa bed located in the living room and a single futon can be placed in one of the double bedrooms.

Room for the Whole Family
The house is set over three floors. Ground floor has a through living/dining room with plenty of character.
The breakfast room has a stable door leading to a sunny courtyard. The kitchen has a skylight window and is light and well equipped.
First floor has a large front double bedroom, twin bedded room and good sized bathroom with separate toilet.
The built in attic has plenty of room with terrific views over the bay from the side window.
